Strainless steel lift steel plug valve with good sealing & nice appearance
Kelite Valve is specialized in manufacturing Stainless Steel Lift Plug valve with following good characteristics: good sealing performance, reliable safety guarantee, long life span and etc. Lift Plug valve could be with soft sealing or metal sealing. The working principal of Lift Plug valve is : The plug is lifted up and then with a 90°'s rotation to open the valve which could obviously reduce the friction force between the sealing face; When valve needs to be closed, turn the plug to the closed position and then drop the plug onto the sealing face of body to seal.

The double seat of stainless steel lift plug valve could realize sealing which enables the plug valve has no restriction about the flowing direction of medium. When Lift plug valve is closing, we could increase the seal pressure by the force on handwheel & stem to have a better sealing performance.Stainless Steel valves(Generally flanged connection,and Butt-welding is optional) are suitable for use on various kinds of pipeline from Class150 To Class900, PN16 To PN160 to cut off or connect the flowing of medium. By using different material, the valves could be suitable for medium such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing substance, carbamide and etc. Manual/worm gear/pneumatic or electric actuators could be chosen by needs.
