Kelite is specialized in manufacturing API Forged Steel Cryogenic Lift Check valve. The structure of Cryogenic Lift check valve is very similar with Globe valve with the disc doing up and down movement during valve's operation. It has a reliable sealing but with relatively high flowing resistance. Stainless steel Cryogenic Check valve is suitable for small size area. Cryogenic Lift check valve could be in through type or vertical type. The through type lift check valve could only be installed on horizontal pipeline, while the vertical type lift check valve is usually on vertical pipeline.
API Forged steel cryogenic lift check valve is used for inflammable and explosive liquid medium such as ethylene, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, LNG, liquefied petroleum product and etc. As forged steel cryogenic lift check valve is an automatic valve realizing the opening and closing all by the force of mediu, so there is no need of long neck structure. All the components of cryogenic lift check valve would be immersed in cooling medium for 2-8 hours after raw machining to release the stress and ensure its cryogenic property.
API Forged Steel Cryogenic Lift Check valves are suitable for use on various kinds of pipeline from Class150 To Class1500, PN16 To PN250 to cut off or connect the flowing of medium. By using different material, the valves could be suitable for medium such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing substance, carbamide and etc.
Working Principle of API Forged Steel Cryogenic Lift Check Valve: When the medium passing through the valve from the inlet port, the valve would open if the pressure force of medium exceeds the gravity of disc. However, when the pressure force of backflow medium plus the force of disc's gravity is bigger than the medium force from the inlet side, the valve would close itself to prevent the backflow.
